  • Services include XR, AI solutions, simulations, 3D development, training programs, and digital platforms operated by the Company.
  • User refers to any individual, institution, or organization accessing our services.
  • Platform refers to riyalverse.com and associated digital systems.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use, duplication, reverse engineering, or misuse of any XR, AI, or digital solutions developed by the Company is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, 3D assets, simulations, and intellectual property developed by RiyalVerse remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted limited usage rights based on project agreements.

4. Service Engagement & Deliverables

All services are delivered based on mutually agreed proposals, timelines, and scope of work. Any modifications or additional requirements may result in revised timelines and costs.

5. Payments & Pricing

Payments for services must be made as per agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss arising from the use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may include integrations with third-party platforms, tools, or software. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of such third-party services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if any user violates these Terms or engages in activities that may harm the Company or its operations.

9. Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for high-quality delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance of digital systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Panipat, Haryana.

11. Changes to Terms

RiyalVerse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
