All content, software, designs, 3D assets, simulations, and intellectual property developed by RiyalVerse remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted limited usage rights based on project agreements.
All services are delivered based on mutually agreed proposals, timelines, and scope of work. Any modifications or additional requirements may result in revised timelines and costs.
Payments for services must be made as per agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss arising from the use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Our services may include integrations with third-party platforms, tools, or software. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of such third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if any user violates these Terms or engages in activities that may harm the Company or its operations.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for high-quality delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance of digital systems.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Panipat, Haryana.
RiyalVerse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
