This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which RiyalVerse, operated by RiyalVerse Technology Private Limited, processes cancellations and refunds for its services, digital products, and training programs.
This policy applies to all services offered by the Company, including XR and AI solutions, simulations, 3D development, training programs, workshops, subscriptions, and digital assets.
Clients may request cancellation of a service within 7 days of purchase, provided that the service has not been initiated, accessed, or delivered.
For project-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted before the commencement of development or milestone execution.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

For custom development projects, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any cancellation after project initiation may result in partial billing based on work completed.
Any third-party costs incurred during project execution (such as software licenses, APIs, or external tools) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
While we strive to meet all timelines, delays caused by client-side dependencies, third-party integrations, or unforeseen technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
Refund exceptions, if any, will be considered at the sole discretion of the Company and only under exceptional circumstances.
