This policy applies to all services offered by the Company, including XR and AI solutions, simulations, 3D development, training programs, workshops, subscriptions, and digital assets.

Clients may request cancellation of a service within 7 days of purchase, provided that the service has not been initiated, accessed, or delivered.

For project-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted before the commencement of development or milestone execution.
